Hi,
To follow up on my previous thread I wanted a bit more specific advice in terms of the legal rights our business has in relation to forcing disclosure of information that has a material impact on the business.
The scenario is below:
A leaving director / shareholder has made an accusation...
Yeah... Unfortunately so. It's gotten complicated over time, not that it begun that way.
We've tried, but everyones pig headed-ly stuck in their positions, and moreso it's the nature of everyone playing the right tune up front but then acting behind closed doors.
Apologies @Newchodge
Yes we set up a ltd company structured 25% for each Shareholder (done in naivety but with good intentions of keeping a flat matrix structure).
As we were all basically IT contractors (working as independent freelancers) directly with clients we decided the easiest method...
Our growing and semi successful IT consultancy is going through a difficult situation.
In brief:

Hi all,
Can anyone recommend an outsourced HR company that is cost effective they've used before that can help us with tightening up our employment contract, reviewing an employee handbook, and providing support on a general basis?

Company A has 4 UK directors who also are equal shareholders and are all registered as PSC.
Company B is proposed to be formed with 90% shareholding owned by Company A, with 10% shareholding owned by a single director...
Hey guys,
I'm looking to import a product from the USA for personal consumption, mainly driven by the fact my wife and son have severe nut allergies, but the US has a product that would be great but we don't have it here in the UK and I can't seem to source it, nor anything like what I'm after...
Hi all.
As per title, I'm looking for a legal expert who can help us put together a commercial contract with a UAE based counterparty.
Effectively, we're a UK based services business, but we've partnered with an offshore firm based in Dubai for the purpose of expanding our pool of resources...
Hi,
Can anyone recommend a supplier of quality promotional items? I'm looking for items like embroidered hoodies, mugs, water bottles; general promotional items. I need a relatively small quantity to start off with, circa 50 sets of items in total.
Also any ideas on what I should reasonably...
Panama has always been a renown tax haven and isn't as strictly regulated as somewhere like the US. There's a decentralised finance project I'm following closely that's recently set up shop in Panama. Can help with the name of their registration partner if it helps by PM.
The difference being one a choice, and the other a legal requirement.
I hear you about using money raised in one aspect used to fund the true underlying issue, but personally the issue is at the heart of government pissing taxpayer funds up the wall (there's an abhorrent amount of government...
