Hello
Wondered if someone can clear up a quick question.
We have an event where the artist invoiced for £15,000 and agreed and apparently the agent should have agreed £15,000 + VAT.
If we're VAT REGISTERED and pay out the £3000 in VAT but have no Vat to offset. Can we reclaim the full £3000?
Hi everyone,
Hope your well - Just wondered if anyone on here if familiar with this till.
It's doing great and exactly what I wanted but just wondered if another couple of features I couldn't see or work out the best way to do/use them are possible with it.

Hello
Wonder if any of you can provide any information or suggestions on this dilemma.
I've rented a premises since 2007 in which the landlord went into administration in 2012 and the property was managed by an agent on behalf of an administrator where the rent was paid as normal to them...
I did and they said it was wrong.
It had £39.00 per ticket and 30 sales with a total of £1170 and she said it was wrong and should be the £975 as "you are not vat register"
This is where all the confusion is coming from and I think they are getting lost.
Tickets for all venues (VAT REG and NON VAT REG) are £39.00
They have then paid the VAT registered companies £32.50 per ticket (39 less VAT) from what I've heard. I'm not sure why they aren't just settling the...
Thanks just wasn't sure if its my mistake.
All 7 tour dates were £39 per ticket.
We are the only promoter not VAT registered on the tour.
So they should have been correct in deducting from the other 6 promoters as they are vat registered but not us?
Thanks - I sent her the invoice for £30 x 39 Tickets (£1170) and she replied with
"
The invoice for is incorrect .
Should be £975.00 as you are not VAT register , please amend the invoice and send it back to me."
Just don't really get why they are taking the VAT off as no other ticket agent...
Quick Question, Just wanted to double check on something that came up today.
We are events promoters, LTD company and last year turnover of £79k so not Vat registered.
All tickets are sold through either a local company, See Tickets.com and Ticketweb.co.uk
They then get invoiced monthly and...
Going to view a new premises, which is ground floor with first floor over the top, there is a row is shops either side but nothing above. Premises sit on there own on a main road.
To make the upstairs space work for us we're going to need to great a big L shape removing everything from the...
On a side note, i'm going to the solicitors next week and hope it to be pretty straightforward.
What sort of things will the landlord want to see on this?
As i don't own my own home in my name.
Car / Other business?
Thanks, Mark
