Can I ask volunteers to sign a confidentially agreement?

What??? That isn't a helpful or even understandable answer! What are you saying?

Can I ask volunteers to sign a confidentially agreement?

They would be agreeing not to disclose details of the internal workings of the output gadgets and the procedure/methods for assembly.

Can I ask volunteers to sign a confidentially agreement?

Looking at setting up a charity that would use volunteers. The charitable activity would involve volunteers making some gadgets that would then be given free of charge to elderly and vulnerable people. There are plenty of willing volunteers. Its a genuine charity, no business activity, no one...

Using personal bank account for business

I have a limited company and I have accidentally put my personal bank details on an invoice and the customer has paid. Is this a big problem? Can I just transfer the money to the business account? Can I keep the money and do a correction in my personal tax return?

USA - Religion & politics in business

You are not addressing your comments to the original question. Worse in what way? Is working with someone like this a bad idea or a very bad idea?

USA - Religion & politics in business

Has it not dawned on people in the US that they half their customer base by not keeping stum?

I am a UK citizen, living & tax resident in the UK. I've been offered a 24 month contract in Republic of Ireland. However due to COVID the contract is for remote working from home. Discrimination by non-advertisement

Thanks for these replies. It does seem unsatisfactory. In a situation like this no one person is discriminated against in particular. But there definitely is discrimination and being based on gender/race/religion it is of the type that is illegal.

    Discrimination by non-advertisement

Is discrimination by not advertising a position illegal? For example if a company has a strict policy of recruiting only from a restrictive race-gender-religion subset of the population but never advertises a job and only recruits from personal networks. Is there a requirement to advertise?

    FSB Pensions

FSB are offering the Smart pension to their members at a 0.5% annual management charge instead of the usual 0.75% charge. Does anyone know if there is a catch with this or how to evaluate if this is as good as it seems?

    ISO 9001 as IP

Thanks Chris. In my case both companies do virtually the same activities so it should be directly transferable.

    ISO 9001 as IP

Mike. I don't understand your attitude. I can't imagine that in the globalized world that questions like this do not come up relatively frequently.

    ISO 9001 as IP

How about group companies. Do they really get individual certification for each company in the group?
