    We are in exactly the same position as you - a 'cheap' telephone system provided by Xtel Communications and a long lease with Siemens! Have you stopped your direct debit and if so has anything else happened?

    Yes, we have been tied into a Siemens lease agreement for telephone equipment since November 2008 and it would appear that we can't get out of it. Any ideas?
