    Have you thought about doing a give-away? A local shipping company got their hands on a pair of cup final tickets for the Sunderland end and did a competition. You had to retweet their post and follow the account to be in with a chance of winning. Their amount of followers sky rocketed instantly

    It depends how highly you value your time but I'd say recruitment agencies are very very useful. Well the good ones anyway. It depends on the role you're looking to fill but have you tried Linked-In?

    We use one occasionally for contracts that are in a rush to be set up. Never seen it used for anything else and even then a scanner and printer could be used instead
