    CE marking self certification

    We would fall under - authorised representative within the EEA or Turkey, Im trying to figure out if we need a licence etc to do this. although i have checked and the machines come with CE certification ... although they are not quite up to the requirements of the specific industry.

    I have looked into this and the machines actually come with a CE certificate ... although they do not meet the standards required by the specific industry, I'm going to look into adding to the specification of the machine, so in theory adding to the safety of the machine

    Update, I scripted an email, mentioning words such as fraud squad, police, ccj, banktrupt etc and sent it over to the person concerned, Within 30 minutes I had the money back in my account, I win this one !!

    Thanks everyone for your input, The plot thickens... Since Monday i have found 2 other company's/private individuals that have been scammed or are the same stage as me, one of them has already gone to the fraud squad, I have spent this morning leaving reviews on the offending parties...
