the PC world is not in retails outlet / mall so don't think this is an issue. I'm hoping that trade will be from dissatisfied customers of PC world I believe there are 3 computer shops outside the PC world in Glasgow so I think they onto something there :)

Yeah I hated the policy we used to have cusomters come in with month old systems and refer them to the manufacturer.
