Goldman & Sachs call it an asset, i certainly agree. It can never be "currency" because of how unstable it is. I do believe the blockchain and the technology can bring a lot of value.
There is stablecoins though such as USDC and stuff... I still think there is some value in opening this channel to certain clients. My work is primarily digital and as stated before, I have had quite a few people ask if we accept several different cryptos.
