    Just to clarify, I am quite clear on what bitcoin is. As stated I purchased my first bitcoin at $140 The market has showed resistance at $40k and around that for a while. Its value isn't held by social media at all. Please do more research instead of been the most blatant case of not knowing...

    Goldman & Sachs call it an asset, i certainly agree. It can never be "currency" because of how unstable it is. I do believe the blockchain and the technology can bring a lot of value.
