Good evening
I have £3375 owed to me as a result of a sale of my shares to an ex Business Partner.
He acknowledges he owes it to me but claims he cant pay.
I have agreement with his signiture stating he will pay me £3375 once I sign over all my shares which I did on 25/01/08.
I have had the...
I sold some shares in a business I part owned in January 2008.
This transaction was all done propley through solicitors. The other remaining partner bought all my shares but offered me a not insignicant amount of £3300 outside of the written solicitors agreement as an extra final payment when...
A great post Barbara and I agree with most all of it except the above!
Although I do not have a Vending Business affording me national coverage and a comparitively huge turnover such as yours, I can assure you that is possible to have a viable vending Business paying 20 or sometimes 25%...
I have similar amount of machines to Glenn and he has posted first class advice on all six points!

Nigel

We all know that in Business it is virtually impossible to keep all of the people happy all of the time.
I have come across a good few of your franchisees, as I cover...
Hello Barbara
Hi Im Nigel.
I have met yourself and Peter, you may remember!
For those that dont know me, im a Professional independent vending machine operator who has been in the vending Business for 23 years
I think the postings by bombadil 1 are something I would not wish to comment on...
Hello Boris.
I can maybe help you as I have used twin column machines that have chutes which adjust for pack size and vend up to £10 on each side!
What kind of quantity do you require and what is your budget?
PM me no problem!
Hi All
I was, until recently, a Director and employee of a small ltd co.
I still own 49% of the shares, the trouble is i have fallen out with the other director who owns 51%!
I am owed 50K directors loan, the other director is only speaking to me via a solicitor (yes, I have one too!) but I...
