It's definitely a good option, but still a last resort for me when I still think there will be some software that can do it much quicker, after all it's just comparing two spreadsheets as such, and yes it can be done semi manually, but time really isn't on my side at the moment!

I can't find anything on the links about specifically selling new postage stamps, as I guess people don't generally do it as they can't make profit from it.
Jenni384 so it's the stamp that is VAT free rather than royal mail not charging VAT if you get what I mean...
I've started supplying a customer with stamps, as an addition to other goods they buy from me (a competitor supplies stamps, so it stops them going elsewhere).
I know when I buy stamps from Royal Mail I don't get charged VAT, but as I'm VAT registered I assume I need to charge my customer VAT...
