    sorry some are blanked out anyway, but it's not ticking the chek grammar with spelling option which is what I need. Also as mentioned if i could go down the registry route for all urs on 2003 & 2007 that could be better....

    ok so do they all need to have word installed to have it as email editor if they have outlook 2003? I have tested on 2007 and all the code does it blank out the grammar options but doesnt actually tick the boxes to check grammar, do I need to change any of the numeric values on the code...

    So when you say you did it yourself through the registry, what exactly did you do? Was it just for one user or for multiple users? I have tried the above and added it to admin templates, no extra options appear in group policy managment, I dont get if its meant to just work and you don't see...

    we have that many advisors we cant, they are all set anyway but some of there have eyesight issues and some just like to moan, we wish they would just all stay the same, dont me wrong its not the end of the world but if can get this working saves time that logging in as admin :)
