    Thats the reason i looked into it, and only charging the company £200/£300 instead of a percentage. At the end of the day all you need is a computer and a phone ;)

    I considered setting up in recruitment some time ago, the main things that kept coming up was 1. Reasonable costs 2. and most impotant, a great service. Many peoples experiance with such services seemed a little hollow, especially when they didnt smell a deal :rolleyes: Simon

    Can I sell a dormant Ltd company?

    I'm a big believer in going into industries you understand, seeing as you know plastics what about buying whole sale bottle, tubs etc etc and selling to different businesses? Although it may take some capital and that could prove very difficult in these testing times. Simon

    I'm a little confused, Does that mean the shares must be allocated. Too the MD or shareholders (or both) and what happens if the shares stayed not allocated after the year had ended?
