Customer Refusing to Pick Up Parcel from Neighbour

I'm not and never have disputed that! But thanks for pointing it out! Personally I often have things delivered and left with a neighbour and have never had any problems. Incidentally we do not choose that option either when we book our courier deliveries, in order to avoid exactly these sorts...

Customer Refusing to Pick Up Parcel from Neighbour

Sadly yes! We suspected that might be the case as you can usually tell from the tone but we try to give the benefit of the doubt! It's by no means the worst example we've had either! Still it all worked out well in the end!

Customer Refusing to Pick Up Parcel from Neighbour

Thanks for the feedback. We had already contacted Fedex and asked them to pick it up. Interestingly we spoke to the customer about it and their reason for not going was that they didn't think they should have to; no other reason was given. She certainly didn't have any problems being assertive...

    Terminating Employee's Contract

Hello, I have a member of staff who has been employed by me for 2 1/2 months. Her performance is not great and she doesn't have a great work ethic. This has manifested itself in the employee not listening to my instructions when asked to perform a task, working very slowly, not asking...

    Customer Returned Soiled Damaged Goods

Thank you for both replying. It was really useful and prompted me to take a firm line with the customer. We returned the goods to her (at our cost). We also politely asked her not to shop with us again, which oddly enough was what she objected to the most. We haven't had any feedback so I'm...

    Customer Returned Soiled Damaged Goods

We're a small retailer of clothing and accessories. A customer has recently returned a net skirt/petticoat and bag that have obviously been worn and are seriously damaged. The petticoat is torn and soiled and the bag is water stained and dirty. We state clearly on our website that...
