I did a search and there are no trademarks on the name of the domain i purchased. However, the owner of the .com version has a number of sites affiliated under his main name (not the same as mine) and that has a trademark. Does this mean affiliated names are subject to the trademark? sorry if...
Thats the problem it would look like imitation only difference the information on the site would be uk based as opposed to the states. Could i have a web site called a different name to its address? would that work? would that avoid copyright issues as the web address is still the uk variant?
