    As we approach the 4 year anniversary of the objection of the DSO1 closure request (no update on this front) Surely at some point something has to happen ?

    Just thought I'd pop an update as we approach the 3 year mark, surprise surprise no change. No hassle from anyone, but still blocked from closure.

    3 months further on....still no change, 51 months and counting. But still no hassle or chasing either. See you all in 3 months for another update ?

    Chris, no no real contact from them so it's not stressful, but as people like yourself have been so very helpful I update things so it may 1 day be helpful to others. Cyndy yes there is, but I guess if people like me don't ask questions or follow posts through to their conclusion then others...

    It was May 2021, so 2 years now. Could it roll on for years, and years ? Or is there a point where it cuts off and gets closed?

    So another 6 weeks on no change, I'm at 21 months at the moment. The original bank yorkshire, us being phased out and now taken on by Virgin so I've no idea if that's delayed things. ? Is there such a thing as time out where after a period of time the company will just close, or can it sit...

    Fingers crossed, I don't know how others are getting on, given the government wrote off 5 billion I'd hoped the £20k bbl might have fallen into that, guess not ??‍♂️

    As we enter the new year the company is still showing...active proposal to strike off.. this will be 20 months later this month
