Oh good, someones said it! Agree completely, I've been thinking this for some time. It's great everyone want to be entrepreneurial (and we know small businesses are really important) but some people seem to believe they are an "entrepreneur" and really don't seem to have a clue, let alone making...
Thanks for your advice Frazer - it may be something we need to progress, but I probably need a better idea around our chances of making progress first. We have invested in domains and branding, and did extensive research on the use of the brand (but obviously did not come accross 'heavenly')...
Good afternoon!
I just wondered if anyone could offer me some brief advice around a trademark I'm trying to register. Some time after the initial registration we've received a lawyers letter from a company selling similar products stating they want us to withdraw the mark or they will formally...
Hello,
I'm hopeful someone can help with my query, there may be a quick answer for someone who knows about this area?!
There is a trademark I'm looking to register which has previously been registered (but as far as I'm aware not used for years) by Arcadia Group. The trademark was registered...
I check the forum daily, but only log in once a week or less to post. 500+ readers currently is quite a lot, that's the key figure not 30. Also, this is a very strange thread - is someone grumpy because nobody is clicking their crappy ads???
Ideally you need to register the brand name (not with the .com appended). Registering the logo is optional, really its about the brand. You have prior use and assuming you get the trademark granted (you should) she will have to rebrand. Having looked at her business I can see you may feel a bit...
Given my experience with the IPO in the past trying to get trademarks registered that are less common usage than 'Tiny House' I very much think you'd have a good case to request the registration (the text mark not their logo) is revoked.
The USA shows have done you a favour here, as you can...
I must say, it's really great to hear some positive feedback from others who are also loving their Surfaces. I'm pretty biased being a bit of a Microsoft evangelist (often accused of being a fanboy), but I do think that MS have made some really great hardware of the years and the Surface is a...
I have been though most of the Surface hardware since it's original launch, from the first model to my latest Surface Pro 3 (I'm a software developer and big MS fan). While I'd not recommend the earlier 'Windows RT' models (they were good at the time), the 'Pro' versions are awesome bits of...
Buying likes is detrimental - when post something, Facebook will show this to a few people to see if they view/interact with it. If they do, it'll push your post to more people. If 99.9% of your likes are fake ones, none will interact and Facebook will determine your post as being less relevant...
There seems no mention of this in the API summary. Are these product supported via the usual PPI method (number of items and average weight)? I'm finding this quite confusing - RM haven't even told us anything about it for starters and I thought we'd be considered a medium to high volume user...
Ok, so I've looked into DMO which does (hopefully) have an improved API we can link into, so that's good news. However, it does seem to me that DMO does not, at all, support standard 1st/2nd mail - where as OBA does (via PPI). Therefore I can only conclude that DMO will not be replacing OBA.
