    I don't think the original OD and guarantee agreement mentions subsequent limit increases, but I'll give it another look tomorrow

    Thank you Chris. I'll certainly look into those recommendations! I'm thinking of trying again with my own biz in the new year (tech recruitment hence the IR35 issues and why I'm unemployed right now - it's a decimated sector), so I was thinking of keeping the Ltd company around.
