I'm a UK-based founder running a small B2B diagnostics business. My background is in IT and sales, and over the years I kept seeing the same problem: businesses spending good money on leads and marketing, but losing a chunk of that revenue somewhere in the middle of their sales process. Deals going quiet, proposals never followed up, CRM data that nobody trusts.
I got frustrated enough with it that I built a tool to help identify where the leaks are. Most of my time is spent thinking about pipeline health, sales process, and the gap between how a CRM looks on paper and how it actually performs in practice.
Outside of that I'm just trying to build something useful without overcomplicating it.
