Hi Blueboy. I write loads of reviews and articles and run a decent blog. We aim to be edgy and opinionated (think Jeremy Clarkson, not BBC news) as that's what people want and we often get warnings from some huge brands, some more aggressive than others.
The tricks we've learnt are:

Well I would get the agreement from most people but I don't want to force contract changes on anyone if possible. I want to do it ethically and legally right though. For them and for me.
The reason the 60 minutes will work but the 30 doesn't is that the main shops etc are about 15 mins away...
Hi There
My employees have an employment contract that's pretty standard and says something like:
1. Working 37.5 hours per week
2. Between hours of 9am - 5pm
3. Hours may vary depending on work required.
About the hours per week worked.
We work a 9-5pm with 30 minute lunch day. However...
I'll tell you what my accountant told me, he is definitely a risk averse and a reputable one!
Basically if you claim for 50% of your house on your business, technically HMRC can then see your house as a business asset and when you come to sell it you can be liable for capital gains tax or...
I took "Fit for Purpose" as assuming the user was using the machine as generally expected...IE not putting soup in it or wheeling it around a festival or something mad like that.
The discussion of whether what you sell as a supplier is fit for the "Requirements" is a different debate in a way...
Hi There
We "Re sell" B2B and we also have a repair facility for some of the goods we sell so I might be able to help.
Now we get customers who quote SOGA and Distance buying etc etc to us (they are usually the bad ones!) and half of the terms do not apply anyway and you can write your own...
Well an app has many benefits. Here's some things you can't do with a "web App":
1. Access the barcode scanner or camera etc of a device.
2. Sync data easily form the device to a central server.
3. Web apps are optimised for "Always connected", apps are optimised for "Occassionally connected"...
We write software here. We do Windows mobile, IOS (Apple) and Android.
An "App" in my world is a native application that runs only on a certain mobile device. So you write "Angry birds" for IOS but you then generally have to rewrite the whole thing again for Android etc.
A "Web App" is...

Hi Purple
I blog and to help you here's a few tips I picked up on the way.
1. You don't need to blog every day, but your blogs need to be consistent in terms of their posting andf there's loadfs of science behind this. Blogging when you feel like it will not get you as many followers etc...
I sympathise because we have lots of late payers.
It's such a shame that for us it always seems to be the big corporates or public companies who pay late. They really should be ashamed of themselves!
Anyway in terms of late payment charges I just think these are such a hard thing to police...
Now we sell rugged PDA's here so i'm biased I guess. Rugged kit is designed to run key business applications remotely so a good example is Parcel delivery. How do you think you're able to track a parcel without a Rugged PDA scanning the parcels through their life cycle!
Secondly what about...
I think social media is incredibly relevant today. In the old days it was good not to fail. Now as you will know as well as me, we all fail all the time so we all spent loads of time being seen not to fail!
In the social or digitally connected era we're in now, we need to focus on making our...
