I understand where you're coming from. But...
1)The likes of Amazon, Tesco etc.. have massive marketing budgets to communicate their brand.
2)We will benefit from an SEO perspective by including the term e-learning in our domain and throughout the content.
3) The name has a hidden meaning...
It's not called xxxxx-e-learning. Just didn't want it appearing in a google search before deciding which way we are gonna go.
But yes that would be a very poor name!
They registered the business last year and have a reasonable portfolio of clients. They are based around an hours drive from us so are in quite close proximity. The don't make massive reference to e-learning however could be classed as a competitor.

Research relevant keywords using Google Keyword Estimator.
Write a few variations of your ad, sell the sizzle not the sausage!
Target your ad geographically and expect to pay more initially while you refine the campaign.
Include as many negative keywords as possible.
