Probably, but I prefer peace of mind not having to think about extra charges and the length of my call. If am on the phone to a customer for 30 mins for example which could very well happen, that would cost me £3.
I prefer to pay a bit more and not have to worry about that. So far I have found...
I have just spoken with Voipfone and they say that every call that is diverted to my mobile would be 10p. Is there not anything cheaper as I often receive various calls from the same person?
Thanks guys, I will check out Voipfone. I only need to receive a few calls here and there per month to my current mobile for people interested in renting properties. I don't want to use my mobile number so am looking to get a landline number to divert all calls to my mobile.

Hi, I have taken a trade order from within the EU and the customer has asked me to Zero-Rate the tax, and they said they will get charged VAT by their country when the goods arrive.
If anyone can please let me know how I should do this, I would be very grateful? Would I need a special form /...
Okay, Thanks for all your help. I will write to the customer and maybe offer him a partial refund for 3 of the items. I'll let him return the items that are not too difficult to resell. I would like to offer what I can to continue and maintain our company image.
Hi, thanks for your replies. It looks like a business transaction. The customer originally ordered 6 gold plated items and his email address was gold-----ltd (don't want to give full company name). Then I received an email today which said the following:
"Recently I've ordered 6 cufflinks...
