    Raising finance on an asset

seems that some of the advice on here is better than I am getting on the High Street! I have no intention of committing fraud and I haven't applied for a loan. I will contact Business Gateway in my local area and see if they know anyone local who can refinance the asset.

    Raising finance on an asset

My problem with loans is a lack of accounts. My first year look grim as there were a lot of start up costs and my 2nd year are due in April. I was told that a personal loan could be taken out with a bank like Tesco and get the money paid into my personal bank account while making payments from...

    Raising finance on an asset

I had tried to get a business lease for the equipment so that I could take my cash back out. I am not an accountant and I believe what I have done is give my business a loan. I am wanting the loan repaid and the asset to be secured by a lease or other financial product.

    Raising finance on an asset

Last May I had a verbal agreement with a high Street for a loan to finance for some new equipment worth almost £6,000. I was told that the rate would be 5.1% and to submit the paperwork. I did this and the day before the money was due to be transferred I got an email saying that the rate was...

Lease or loan for new equipment

I spoke to the branch manager at Santander about their offer at 5.1% apr. He said to go ahead and apply online as he was too busy to process it in branch. I went online and put in all my details. I should point out that I have a perfect credit history and have a bank account with Santander...

Lease or loan for new equipment

I am wanting to buy a new piece of equipment for my store and am unsure which is the best way to finance it. The equipment costs £6,000 and the lease deal on it from the dealer is £125 per month plus VAT, which I can claim back, so a cost of £7,500 over 5 years. I've been looking at personal...

Theft by OLP (opening lockfast place)

At first he tried to deny things at the meeting but after I showed him printouts of everything he admitted it all, grabbed his jacket and bag and literally ran out the door!! I had to shout at him that officially he was being dismissed for gross misconduct, namely theft of money and materials.

    BNI, anyone do it?

I would probably have gone but the early as I would have had to leave about 05:45 to have any chance of getting there in time. There isn't a 4Networking group in my area as I liked their website and none of this happy clappy nonsense when as I would be wanting to do was be in my bed.

Theft by OLP (opening lockfast place)

All files are on company computer and not accessible by him. I've never seen him with any external memory device but can't be sure that he hasn't got copies taken when i am out of the store. The thing I can't understand fully is that he works well if someone is standing over him and loses the...

Car dealers frequently give key rings with their details on it to every new customer. Two keys per car times the number of cars each dealer sells in a year.

Theft by OLP (opening lockfast place)

I've been checking up on his work pattern as well. I was out of the office yesterday at a funeral and he spent 2 hours playing on the internet and then had the cheek to complain about not getting his lunch break!! I had to attend a customer on Friday and the minute I was out the store he was...
