    How to estimate utility costs for a take away

    Hi all, I'm interested in opening a take away, specifically a pizza shop, and have some idea about the equipment I'll be using i.e. ovens, fridges, lighting, etc. Is there a good way of estimating monthly utility/energy/gas costs? I appreciate any advice you might have. Chris
