    Not sure about Windows, but when I had to replace my MacBook, I did a timemachine backup and when I put that onto my new Mac, absolutely everything transferred over. I am sure there must be something like available for windows.

    When I had another business, we had everything on the one phone line which worked fine. We had Telephone, fax, Broadband and streamline. Again, not that it was ever a problem, you could only use one feature at a time ie fax/phone/CC - the broadband was always fine.
