Why don't you offer both numbers to give customers a choice? Monitor the number of calls you get on each and that will tell you what's popular and possibly if one hardly gets used you can drop it and use the most used one.

Have you thought about calling the police up to complain about non-customers cars being "abandoned" on your property? Maybe if you complained enough they may do something?

Put yourself in a customers shoes, what information/features might you look for? The answer should be self evident!

It really depends on why you want the information and what your visitor sees. You could call it a promotion, an offer, newsletter subscription...
It shouldn't be that expensive, all you need is a simple shopping cart type system, albeit not using the actual checkout part.

Some search results have been rubbish for a while now, more often than not I tend to skip the first few pages by default. You can find some really good stuff on the lower level pages !

Of all my clients only around 10% look at their google analytics where they have them! Most prefer something a lot simpler like AWStats, though that's only for general info which is what they're interested in.
