Should the UK have a tax limit to put off tax evaders

Of course one radical and idealogical solution would be to abolish income tax and VAT altogether and have a flat rate tax on (most) goods and services. That way everyone pays a fair amount based on what they buy irrespective of income - for instance someone buying a modest 3 bed home would pay...

0800 Number or Landline On Website?

Why don't you offer both numbers to give customers a choice? Monitor the number of calls you get on each and that will tell you what's popular and possibly if one hardly gets used you can drop it and use the most used one.

SEO question - Page content and archives

Absolutely you should be showing news items on the news landing page - that's what most people will expect. As for "archives" monthly archives are of little use unless your content is strictly time/date specific, so yes I'd say organising by topic is much more useful.

    Some help with my website

It shouldn't be that expensive, all you need is a simple shopping cart type system, albeit not using the actual checkout part. 1. Google - Hard to find anything now

Some search results have been rubbish for a while now, more often than not I tend to skip the first few pages by default. You can find some really good stuff on the lower level pages ! What also may help us changing the number of results per page in googles search settings...

Would you use this service, and how much would you pay?

Of all my clients only around 10% look at their google analytics where they have them! Most prefer something a lot simpler like AWStats, though that's only for general info which is what they're interested in. That said I think a service offering to do deep analysis is well worth offering...
