    A question on dropped carts... A few dropped carts are understandable but we receive a very high number every day. To give you an idea about 30% of our traffic views the cart page while our conversion rate is only 4%. Our shipping is good value or free and we accept all cards (inc. PayPal)...

    Magento commerce site

    Hi Kevin, our shop runs on Magento... it's a great platform! However, the reporting is not particularly good. There is an advanced reports module but if you a have a fair few products you may want to look at something like Linnworks to manage stock and provide useful reports/ sales data.
