    I've recently registered a design as a trademark, then had second thoughts and re-designed it. How can I update the design to be trade marked? What are the forms need to be filled? Thank you in advance for your help.

    Do I need a custom clearance agent?

    Hi, I'm about to import a shipment worths ~£3000 by air. Do I need a custom clearance agent, or will it be cleared off on site and I will be notified the amount of duties needs to be paid? Thank you in advance
