    You need to check the HMRC rules surrounding VAT when selling on marketplaces. Marketplaces are liable to account for VAT.

    Oooooooh! The AI thing is interesting! That’s definitely one thing that would be a huge factor! I think in our case, it’s probably more likely that Black Friday / cyber Monday scooped up majority of our Xmas shopping customers. Thank you ??
