It's not like these callers are only calling a handful of people a day. They must be some of the largest callers in terms of volume on the VOIP networks.
Shouldn't VOIP networks be required by law to have some sort of quality checks, for large volume callers?
In theory, yes.
If pulled up in court, you would need to show they gave consent to the changes, which you wouldn't be able to do. This is where people get T&C's wrong. Just because you have an open-ended T&C, doesn't mean it automatically applies.
Any T&C isn't legally binding just because...
That's why I said on the other hand.
I could just go public and do it that way. Would be more interesting, I'd just need to consider the attacks on my businesses.
Clinton would never do that anyway, so somewhat pointless talking about it. Would be an extremely fun thing to do though. I know...
With some of the people I called out for admitting fraud etc, I think it would be rather stupid at this point to actual "go public" with who I am.
My best option would be to start fresh under a new account but I'll need to consider that. Maybe with this reformed forum being the way it is, it...
I only used to call out people who openly admitted to bounce back loan fraud and the like. Still hold the belief that if anyone openly admits to fraud or breaking the law, like they were, should be instantly banned.
It does seem like Ozzy has aligned the forums in a better way than it was and...
The employee got accused of lying about a health situation, purely on the basis that the employer didn't have basic comprehension of a sentence.
The lie was only found out as a side-affect of a false (at the time) accusation from an employer.
Can just picture the employee turning around and...
Nothing wrong with that terminology. That sentence is the exact same in positive and negative emails; apart from the negative or positive word.
However, the rest of the email is what shows your employee is lying and has doctored the email.
The positive result email, tells you to self-isolate...
That wouldn't happen as if I remember correctly, BBL's don't get included in lenders financials like standard loans, due to the guarantee and the government earmarking it differently.
I guess because it's not a true debt to the lenders. The BBL is guaranteed and all costs for recovery are...
I'm intrigued to see if any lenders do use debt collectors. They are required to try and recover debts, so seems logical in that regard. The costs the lender incurs to try and recover are repaid to the lender, so they don't lose out money-wise on that.
They would likely not want to pursue...
