    Gord, Thanks for this. That is what I thought. The problem is that we can't afford to get in to a battle with them and the legal costs that that may involve. Have you any idea how this might be resolved? Andy

Since my posting we have now had an invoice for backdated payments, even though when I spoke to them they agreed that no backdating would be charged if we paid the original invoice.
