Yep, it certainly looks that way - my guess is it's also super hard to find anywhere cheap to hire in Oxford!
Thanks again for the tips though, much appreciated.
Just looked up 4Networking's meetings:
What did Oxford do wrong?
Thanks for the tips though @Faevilangel - I'll definitely check out the Witney breakfast!
I agree @fisicx - it's best to think of each 'article' as simply a new webpage, and think what people would really respond to in terms of content and the subject matter. It certainly doesn't need to be reams of text and nothing else every time.
When you're selling something like bespoke...
My personal favourite is SEMRush because it offers potential traffic, you can filter by country AND get organic competition rather than PPC competition.
I haven't tried Mangools.com though - so might need to check it out! :)
I hope this is the right place to post this - Oxford is down as central southern England which puts me in a bit of a pickle when trying to choose the right regional forum!
Anyway, I've moved down here from way up North in Scotland - and I wondered if anyone knew of any good networking events I...
I agree it completely depends on your goal - and a blog isn't the only method of delivering content on your website, but it's often a logical place to put articles.
If you're selling bespoke wedding dresses, I think it's definitely worth blogging about. Not only is it an interesting niche, but...
I would definitely agree that at the moment, the way to promote yourself on Facebook is paid ads. That's not to say that it's the best method of marketing, but it's certainly a good option for many businesses - especially as Maryrose says, the targeting options are pretty phenomenal if you know...
Just wanted to add again - thanks to everyone that has helped contribute their feedback - it's been overwhelmingly helpful.
I'm currently working on a super short starter course that will be free - just let me know if you'd be keen to try it out!
Thanks again guys.

Hi Carl,
Thank you so much for filling it out for me! Will be a giant help.
Yes, I totally agree - I'm going to put something together that will be fairly unique, and will hopefully leave the trainee with real results for their business rather than learning how to use certain marketing tools...
To say thanks, I've now added the ability for you guys to claim one of my free guides, either in ecommerce, social media or SEO, depending on what you'd like more, just as a thank you for filling out a response.
If you already filled in the questionnaire - please pm me and I'll get one sent to...
Haha - thank you so very much!
I've had a couple responses - just wanted to let all that have responded, I'm truly grateful!
It's going to help SO much when I'm putting together the course material. Feel free to reach out and let me know if I can offer anything to thank you in return :)

Hi everyone!
I'm in the midst of developing a digital course for entrepreneurs of all kinds who can't afford to take on an marketing agency yet; so they can learn how to do their own online marketing.
I want to make sure the course really helps people and has a genuine impact on their business...
I wrote a huge guide on this - 14000+ words on ecommerce marketing (serious finger pain after that one).
Just to sum up the major points - I totally agree with what's been said above, but to start off with you'll want to do the following IMO:
1. Get to know you target market
If you can run...
I'd agree with Edith here - I'd get a separate .fr domain, and I'd leave out the 'uk' bit. It's better to have a brand that's more flexible if you can.
I agree, .com is a bit more flexible - but the best way to do it is to just have a .fr domain IMO :)
You should definitely link the 2 sites...
