    Have you checked the price on Transglobal Express? They are also brokers and have always come out cheapest for USA shipping. I wouldn't trust £250 worth of goods to parcel farce :eek:

    With Barclays ePDQ you can do this. We have this facility and we are printers (not hotel or car hire). It costs £20 per month plus the usual percentage.

    If it's a "change of mind" return you shouldn't have to refund the postage costs. However, you do need to have this stated in your T&Cs.

    Royal Mail have a 2kg weight restriction on airmail so I doubt you will be able to send it from the post office. We use Transglobal Express for shipping to the USA. It has the cheapest rate with UPS and it will be fully tracked.

    We've had no e-mail since 7am this morning apart from a couple at around 11am then nothing since. We can't log into webmail either, and even their blasted support page is down. I rang support, was on hold for 35 minutes, the support person told me to e-mail escalations at fasthosts !! Nice...
