    Fisicx is correct, I checked out the word-press EA themes at theme-forest and although they are very good at what they do they are primarily US focused and so don't have Rightmove/Zoopla upload freely available.

    As an Agent you must also be registered with a Property Redress Scheme. I don't have enough posts to Post the link at this time but if you google property redress scheme then the third result for me is the GOV uk site which mentions all of them and the legal requrement
