Joking aside, I really hope quality scores settle down. I do sometimes see some very odd scores that just leave me scratching my head and wondering why.
Add the quality score column (Qual score) in your keywords tab and keep an eye on those. Investigate any low scoring keywords.
Ensure Google conversions tracking is in place and use the most relevant landing page for that keyword.
Make sure you turn off display network. Nothing wrong with this...
QS can be problematic for so many users and I'm yet to be convinced that it is without problems of its own.
However, trying to run with low QS for too long can be damaging in the long run and it may be an idea to prune out the very low (<=3) to get the overall account standings back in shape...
