Not sure if legal is your area so my apologies if not but any chance you could help?
I think I have a chance to get a Judgment by default as the other party has defaulted on a court order which is their 2nd time missing the deadline for filing a QA (and still no defence from them yet), but I need to act fast to put my points to the court before they are allowed to delay again.
