I am seeking help for a business that retailed high end contemporary furniture it went into administration 6 months ago it grew to fast before the credit crunch no buyer has been found.I am in no way interested in buying the whole business as a going concern as they the administrator is trying to do. All i require is the companies names that supplied this furniture retailer with its furniture. my questions are

Will the administrator have all this information?

How would i aqquire this information?

and how should i approach the administrator ask for a schedule first or will they withold this information?

thank you

Check on Companies House, find the company which went into admin, then click on 'Order Information on this Company' you should see some Statements of Affairs etc. which you can download for £1 - I'd guess their suppliers would be listed as creditors on these reports.

I don't know if this will be any help but have you got in touch with classic furniture. They are a big wholesale / manufacturer. Based in newport in shropshire. Have a look at the portfolio and see if you recognise it. Got a few other ideas but I'm not sure exactly what you are looking for.

Are you a retailer or looking for furniture for yourself?

If you have any pictures of the furniture I may be able to identify the manufacturer / importer.
