Hi all.
Im new here my mum is setting up her own care agency but cqc need to see a buisness plan could anyone help with this at all please as she is quiet stuck

The plan is actually not that difficult, however you or somebody else within the business needs an NVQ L4/5 Health and Social care or a Nursing degree etc.

Then CQC will want to see that you've got policies and procedures in place, DBSs of staff.

They will also want to see that you have some funds, this will be needed to pay staff before you get money from local authorities etc.

If it's a new business, you might want to consider having a business database which can help reduce the amount of time spent on administration (repeat invoices, reminders, overdue, payment processing, end-to-end fast automated administration.)
