The plan is actually not that difficult, however you or somebody else within the business needs an NVQ L4/5 Health and Social care or a Nursing degree etc.

Then CQC will want to see that you've got policies and procedures in place, DBSs of staff.

They will also want to see that you have some funds, this will be needed to pay staff before you get money from local authorities etc.

And those qualifications cost money.
