I am a director in a RTM company. There are 4 other directors and the property manager is the company secretary. We have the standard RTM articles of memorandum. There has been a rift in the board and information about the management of the block is no longer being circulated to me. Also the minutes of meetings do not reflect changes I made as the other directors always act in unison. I am in effect isolated and powerless as the other directors want to appease the managing agent. Can I insist on relevant information being sent direct to me, rather than rely on the 'goodwill' of other directors to forward it? Is there anything else you can suggest I do to give me back a voice?
