Hi guys, we have been using XDP for a few months now. To be quite honest they seem a bit of a nightmare. Partial deliveries, losses etc. They can't seem to follow instructions "do not leave safe" then they leave in front of people's houses. The process for arranging collections for returned items is a complete pain. Promises made and broken. All I have done for the past week is troubleshoot XDP problems and I am tearing my hair out. They are causing massive frustrations for both me and our customers.
