What problems are you experiencing that make you want these things?

I ask because its usually cheaper fixing the underlying causes of your problems instead of trying to surpress them with techonology.

CCTV - Is this to spy on your staff?
1. No - You will obviously have to buy it.
2. Yes - It would be far cheaper for you to learn how firms get their staff to follow their rules and standards of behaviour. If you tell me your problems I'll tell you how to do it.

Email - Is this to spy on your staff?
1. No - Messenger can be tailored to send you copies of their emails for free.
2. Yes - Again, do you have problems getting staff to follow your rules and standards of behaviour?

Phome - Do they use landlines or phone through their pcs using headsets?
1. Landlines - You will need T-cables linking them to their pcs.
2. PCs - Lots of free software exists allowing you to monitor and record calls for training purposes.

Computer-data - I'd have a look at Excel to see if it can be used for your needs. Using a LAN network (cables linking PCs) you can provide read-only access to the data on your pc.

Looks like you need and IT usage Policy and with the CCTV additionally a data protection policy.

I agree with others stating that you should look at underlying issues. Often putting in place robust workplace rules will stamp out any problems. For example, if you have a problem with employees spending their time browsing the internet then clear rules making it a misconduct issue will help you discipline employees who do it, and send a clear signal to others that it is not acceptable.

I offer tailored policies that can be adapted as you need and for a fixed price. PM me if you would like to know more.

Regards

Steve
