A self-empowering mindset is very important to a successful businessman. What is the right mindset for a businessman?

The successful businessmen that I have seen in my career have a mixture of traits with regard to their mindsets.

Typically, focus, self belief, courage, selfishness, ego, tenacity and intelligence and hard work
