This could be even more of a pain for Adwords advertisers if they're impressions are counted while typing. Figure Google will say it's not a problem, but inevitably it will become one for some.

Realtime has been around for a while. Infact its had two soft launches!

Not so much that, as much as when you type the results change accordingly, as per the Youtube vid.

If they count impressions while users are still typing, it'll mess up the ctr stats, but that's all.

The cost element won't be a problem as it's all relative and will affect everyone equally.

TBH, if that instant results stuff is what google is doing, I don't see how it ads much value. A bit poncey for for the sake of being poncey.
