What would I have to do to register a company

Hello,

I would like to find out what would I have to do to register a company, which has 3 persons involved in it? And each one is getting a share and everyone is from his own country.
Where's the best place to do that? (cheapest, most safest)
And what if I would like to do it in India. (just asking)
And how much would it cost.

What the costs may be will depend on where you decide to incorporate the company. That is certainly your first decision and is one that should be made taking into account many factors such as where the company will operate, tax implications for those involved etc.

The cheapest initial solution may not be the cheapest in the end!

If you wish to incorporate a UK company, then it involves filling in a couple of forms and paying a small fee. You will find handy guide on the Companies House website.

However, as the previous poster mentioned, it is likely that the decision of where to incorporate your company will be substantially tax driven. If you are your fellow investors are all based in different countries, it could be that your individual interersts are not all alligned!

Best to take some advice from an accountant on all the options, then once you and your fellow investors have agreed, you can either incorporate the company yourselves (we can only speak for UK companies!), or get a solicitor or incorporation agent to incorporate it for you.
