What do I send to Trade/Retailers?

Decided to phone up a large high street retailer that deals with interior accessories and such, got put through to the Buying Department and they seem interested in what we're doing..but..the buyer themselves is on holiday till next week so they've asked me to send all of the relevant information to there headquarters.

Now i'm a bit stumped, what does a high street retail chain want to see on there desk at 9am in the morning?

Glossy Flyer CHECK
but then what??? :|

what else should I include in this little info pack about our products? i'm totally stumped, I can't think of anything that will make a good enough impression for them to agree to a meeting with us.

If you're in textiles, then swatches would be good. Something for them to see and touch.

Also copies of any (positive) press coverage you have had.

outline of business history and what you can do for them is good, ie sell your services not just sell the product
