Hi I have a very niche business idea that could be massive and I mean massive,
However I have no knowledge of website building promotion etc
What I am willing to do for a website builder is a profit split on taking from the business etc
In return for a top notch website future updates and maintenance for the website + promotion etc
If social media sites were used in conjunction with the website this is would make it a full time big money spinner without a shadow of a doubt

If I have posted this in the wrong section sorry I'm new to this site please accept my apologies and move the other correct section.

Sorry to be a bit vauge with my business but all will be revealed to genuine intrested partys

Hi,

I am no website builder, but why dont you just pay to have the site done then you will own 100% and you have the control?

Good luck in your search.

Kind regards

Ben.

P.s i am very intrigued what your niche is.

Exactly.

Even if you lack capital, if your plan is really as hot as you've made it sound then you should have no issues borrowing the few k it takes to get a good site done. No point in giving away equity to a web designer. You'll regret this in the future.

What sort of cost would be involved to have a decent site only needs to be 3 Page max up and running with good ranking being a priority

Building and hosting 3 page site can be under £100. Getting it to rank could cost £1000s (depending on the competition).

Plus how can you be sure it only needs 3 pages? During development you may discover you need may more pages to cover all the keywoprds/niche areas/customer base.

And a website developer is not a copywriter nor a graphic designer or a photographer so you will probably need to hire some to do this work as well. Or pay a larger design agency a big wodge to do it all for you.
