Hi everyone, hope you don't mind if I pop up a job ad for a role we've got going at the moment...

    *******************************************

    Web Developer

    The company:

Petoba Marketing, a growing affiliate marketing agency based in the heard of the South West are looking for a web developer to join the team.

    The position:

Web Developer. You'll work with a small but perfectly formed team of web, SEO, content and design experts. You'll be the technical expert providing solutions and working on developing project websites and applications.

    Skills & Experience:

The ideal applicant will be a confident, quick learner with a strong grasp of web technologies and an interest in keeping up with the latest trends. You will be able to provide innovative technical solutions, get involved with new ideas and make suggestions for new development projects. You will be required to develop interactive websites so knowledge in PHP/HTML/MYSQL is a must. SEO and affiliate knowledge are a bonus but not essential as training will be given.

Sense of humour is a must, as is the need to be able to get along with animals (a large office dog on small legs called Hugo). Experience is not as important as finding the right person for the role though you will need to demonstrate your skills in this area by providing us with past projects. Maths and English GCSE (or equiv) is a must.

    Additional Information:

Please send CV’s to Jilly[at]petoba.com, or call 0845 5087845 for further information. Interviews may be assessment based so that we can gauge your understanding of the tools and languages we use (don’t let that put you off though, we are very friendly).

Applicants must be eligible to work in the UK.
