Hi there,
Im working with some suppliers from UK.
Im looking for a warehouse who can provide me a Dropship service, which means:
I will send the goods from my supplier to the warehouse, and there it will be repacked according to my customers order (which ill provide) and then ship it to their addresses.

I got some great warehouse now, but the problem is their prices (handling with the products and the shipping both). they charge me a lot and i cant accept it.

If there is anyone here who can provide me this - please let me know.
Thank you,
Yogev

Not all fulfilment companies provide the drop ship service you want?
It's not called "drop shipping" though, maybe that's where the confusion is. As far as I understand, "Drop shipping" refers specifically to a supplier sending a product out on your behalf, a product that you don't purchase until the transaction takes place. (As opposed to what fulfilment companies usually do, they store products which you already own and send them out on your behalf.)

This is what the OP said they wanted.

Exactly. This is what fulfilment companies do, but is not called "drop shipping" which is what the OP calls it in the thread title.

The OP needs to clear up exactly what service he needs. There is a big difference between "Drop shipping" and "fulfilment".

(please dont include any documents for me to fill. im tired of it)

There are a number of fulfilment houses in the UK, we are one of them, but most, if not all, will need you to complete some sort of form so they know type of product, order volumes, storage levels etc. If you want accurate prices, we need information!

Hi guys, i know exactly what the difference.
I should maybe call it "an advanced drop shipping" :) .

a warehouse which receive goods from my suppliers, sort it according my customers orders, repack it with my own brand logo, remove the old prices and & my new prices, and ship it to them directly - this is drop ship method.

most of the warehouse doesnt work like that - they actually dont provide this since they dont want to get goods every single day and rearrange it on daily basic.
they accept to get once a week (for example) big quantity of products, store it in their warehouse and when there will be orders they will just ship it out.

thats the difference actually which not making this method as dropship. because in that way i just explained, I will need to buy and hold stock, which its different.

as i wrote, my current warehouse is actually can do this for me, but charge a lot for this which make the all business unprofitable for me. thats why im lookig for a new warehouse.
just for the understanding - what i do now is asking my warehouse to repacking all the goods which they get to one big package, and then ship it to me every few days (which reduce my shipping costs). i separate all the products by myself and repack them according my customers orders, and ship it by myself - things which save me a lot of money but make all this very dependent.

thanks

Unfortunately, what your saying doesn't make sense. Firstly you said you need the warehouse to package the goods with your information and then send to the customer. Then you said the warehouse should package multiple orders and send them to you. So which is it?

Unfortunately, i have no idea how did you conclude that?
where did you see that i wrote that im looking the warehouse to ship all multiple orders to me?

I wrote that what is actually happening now, is that the warehouse im working with repacking all the small packages from my suppliers to a big one, and ship it to me.

I have no idea where did you get any other conclusions.

Depends on the company. Some will accept deliveries every day as they will be dealing with volume.
To be honest you are better having suppliers remove any prices on the items, it can be done by supplier (or even not put the price on).
Every fulfilment warehouse receives goods from company or it's suppliers, in the format laid down by the fulfilment company. Repacking in own branded logo will be less usual, can understand charges being higher for that.

Drop ship is where someone places an order for your goods, you then buy the goods and have the seller ship direct to the buyer.
It's a common business method that has different risks and costs, can be considerably lower sales rate as you will tend to pay higher than wholesale and higher than own postage would be. But with sufficient listings it can generate a number of sales.
You can sometimes see sellers doing such things on amazon for example, say a hundred thousand listings and a few dozen feedback a month.
Unlike sellers who try stocking thousands of items you can run such a setup out of a bedroom. Literally.

The use of term drop ship is confusing us as it's relevant to a different business model than what you are describing.
There are going to be some able to handle all your requirements just not necessarily as cheap as for those with less requirements.

I wish you luck.

Perhaps the reason the OP cannot find the type of warehouse/fulfilment company he's looking for, as his demands and price requirements don't add up.

He is looking for a 5 star service for a 2 star price. It won't happen in the UK due to minimum wages, rents, rates, insurance, utilities and the ability for the fulfilment company to add a profit margin to sustain their business.

It's amusing when a foreign person tells a native the meaning of an English phrase, drop shipping.

I hope he finds exactly what he's looking for, but I doubt it.

"My office in China" - yeah, you can be more than sure that there are "foreign" person can teach you a few things.
    Yogev, I didn't say a foreign person cannot teach a few things . . . . .

I said . . It's amusing when a foreign person tells a native the meaning of an English phrase, drop shipping.

Read this thread from the beginning and you will understand that the phrase "drop shipping" is not what you think it is in your country.

It's an English phrase, which means . . . . .Your supplier sending goods to your customer, after the customer has ordered from your website.

i know exactly what the difference.
I should maybe call it "an advanced drop shipping"

Even your interpretation . . . . . "Advanced drop shipping". . . . .is your personal description of your personal requirements.

What you are actually looking for is a fulfilment warehouse with additional services that meet your requirements.

Read carefully what each poster on this thread has said and don't get too upset if people do not understand your phrases, which you keep arguing you know better what drop shipping means.

We are all here to help people, but sometimes OP's who come over a little arrogant don't do themselves any favours to get the responses they are looking for.

Take one step back, rephrase your question and you may get some fulfilment warehouses contacting you in order to help you with your requirements.

My advice is not to expect a supplier to offer cheap prices for a personalised service (which is what you require), unless you can offer them a large volume & contract.

    Good luck.

He needs more than that, which most fulfilment won't entertain and the ones that do, will want their costs covered and to make a profit.

Therein lies the problem, if you want a personalised service, you must expect to pay a premium for it, which given the OP's comments, he's not prepared to do.

IMHO the quality of the service is more important than penny pinching and trying to screw a supplier down to a non realistic price.

I'm sure many of us want more than our service providers provide.
I have a list of needs when looking for service providers, I also have a list of wants. All the needs must be met, great if the wants can too within that price. Usually at best only a few wants are met.

I'm assuming you've already checked Amazon's prices? I have friends using them for fulfilment. There is one company in Bristol on 11 backfields Lane, but not sure they going to have low prices. Like people have said above, due to rents and wage prices, it's likely that you will not get a budget service. Have you thought about renting office space and hiring someone for fulfilment? Good luck!

not sure but... I guess he was talking abt something like this type of service like spocket, they do that, they have their suppliers, u find the item you want to sell, sell it to ur customer with ur price once u get an order, u go to the spokect and order from their suppliers and after, they do the “branding” into the item like it is urs, and then the item is sent directly to ur customer...

My warehousing and fulfilment company can do all of this for you. We do this for several small businesses. However, the service you are describing is fairly labour intensive so it isn't cheap. Multiple deliveries need to be broken down, repackaged and then sent out. You have mentioned price being the key criteria several times so I'm not sure if we will be able to help. We tend to offer a bespoke service for each of our customers and an give excellent and personal our clients will pay a premium for this because it gives them peace of mind and they know that if there is a dispute or cockup they can talk to an actual human being who understands their business.

So I never really sell on price because the big boys like amazon will always, on the face of it, be cheaper. Remember that low cost is not the same thing as good value. PM me if you want me to put you in touch with the guy I have running my warehousing business.
