Videos Optimization tips

Hi,

I am having youtube videos i my site which is embedded in the single url. How can i optimize it. If I want to add video url in sitemap, how could I do that?

Please give any suggestions.

Have you read the google hints and tips pages on videos? Even the youtube site gives a few suggestions.

Don't mind helping but you don't seem to have done any research at all.

the title, the description and when the video is on your website you can add tags when it is on your website.
Also post it on gumtree to.
You can submit to sites like metacafe dot com
The thing with video is the more viral the content the better the seo value

I have read the article about creating separate sitemap for videos but I was in a doubt that If I do optimize for Youtube url, will it add value to my site.
