VAT RECLAIM - EXPORT to AFRIICA

Hi all

I am interested in exporting passenger buses from germany to Ghana, west africa.
being non EEC i do not have to pay VAT

the price currently includes VAT.
What is the exact process to Claim the VAT back and what is need?
