    Hello,

Apologies in advance for this very basic question but I'm very new to all this and really need some advice. I regularly use my husbands Amazon prime (with his permission of course ;)) to buy things for my business. I'm wondering if I would be able to put these items as expenditure? or does anything I buy for the business need to be in my name?

    Thanks in advance!
    Amy

You can put those things down as a business expense.

It might be tidier, though, to get your own account.

You can share a prime account between two family members at two different addresses.
